Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy for Color Readings and Basic Appointments
Payment Policy:
To secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made conveniently through the website scheduler, Venmo, Zelle, Invoice, or Credit Card over the phone. Please note that I do not accept payments via PayPal, cash, or check. Additionally, refunds are not provided once payment is made. By booking and completing payment for your appointment, you are confirming your commitment to undergo the color service as scheduled.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients are allowed a 48-hour window to reschedule their appointment. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in the appointment being marked as a 'no-show' and will be forfeited without eligibility for a refund.
In case of contracting COVID-19 or any other illness, appointments can be rescheduled without penalty. It is essential to prioritize everyone's health; therefore, if feeling unwell, please refrain from attending the appointment. Kindly notify me via text or email if you are experiencing any symptoms. Similarly, if I am unwell, I will accommodate rescheduling your appointment to a mutually agreed upon date and time.

Tardiness Policy
Punctuality is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our sessions. Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time as my appointments are tightly scheduled. To maintain fairness to all clients, each session concludes sharply at the designated end time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a session, your appointment will be forfeited.
Shipping and Handling Policy:
Colors By Midnight LLC assumes no liability for lost or stolen palettes. In the event of a missing item, customers are advised to file a claim with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided in the appointment instructions, as accuracy in this regard is the responsibility of the client.
Replacing a Palette:
Colors By Midnight LLC bears no responsibility for lost or stolen palettes. Should your palette be lost or stolen, the cost of assembling a replacement palette will be incurred by the client.

Time and Material Costs: Producing aura photography results involves significant costs due to the use of high-quality colored inks and professional-grade photo printers. Each photograph is specially printed for you, and the fee for this service helps to cover these production expenses.
Trust and Authenticity: Aura photography is a process that requires a deep level of trust in both the method and the service provided. It is designed to offer insight into your unique energy and self-awareness, not to meet specific expectations about the color of your aura. Please understand that the aura sensor accurately reflects your energy, and the results are an honest representation, regardless of the outcome.

Policies for events
Cancellation Policy For Events:
Event hosts are allowed up to 1 week prior to the scheduled event date to request a rescheduling. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the event, with no refund issued. Please note that refunds are not typically provided for events. However, in a circumstance where I am unable to fulfill the agreed-upon date, a refund will be promptly issued.
Payment Policy For Events:
Payment in full is required to book events and for the date and time to be held. There is no price adjustment for finishing an event early.
Colors By Midnight LLC will arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your event to set up. It is your responsibility to ensure that the event begins promptly at the agreed-upon time. Our services are reserved for the duration specified in the booking agreement, and we do not offer overtime for events. It is advisable for the event to start promptly to ensure guests receive their designated color session. We are not responsible if guests do not receive a session due to a late event start time.
Event Parking:
Event hosts agree to cover all parking fees associated with the event, either through validation or direct payment following the conclusion of the event.
Damaged Equipment:
The event hosts are accountable for covering the expenses related to any damaged equipment incurred during the event. An invoice will be expeditiously issued, detailing the costs for replacing the damaged item(s).
